Porting from Telekom to o2 - no information given

I have for the past week been trying to port my number from Telekom over to o2, and I have received no information and don’t know what to do.

 

I got a prepaid freikarte from o2 in the mail, and was told to activate it then port my number to it. I then cancelled my prepaid sim with Telekom and asked them to tell o2 that I need to port my number over to them, and Telekom told me there was no need as they should see that the number has no contract. Then I filled it the information at http://www.o2.de/mein-tarif/rufnummer-mitnehmen and got two emails that the number is not known to them and you tell my provider that I want it ported. I waited a bit until the number was removed from Telekom and asked again if I need to do anything, they said no. I then filled in the form from o2 again and got no email or message, so I waited 3 days and did the same again, yet again, no information. I’ve contacted support on WhatsApp without help, and I’m unable to call as they said they don’t do support in English over the phone.

 

What do I do? And is there anyone that can check if something is going on with my porting request?

It seems that your phone number is not known to Deutsche Telekom.

Please check again whether the provider may have a different name and whether the phone number is correct. If this is the case, you can simply restart the number porting process.

It seems that your phone number is not known to Deutsche Telekom.

Please check again whether the provider may have a different name and whether the phone number is correct. If this is the case, you can simply restart the number porting process.

I requested porting again with the information I was given by Telekom, they had left out my middle name in the information. But I have not yet received any email by o2 if the porting information is correct or not this time.

Hi ​@brukernavn, I've had a look at it in the system, it looks like the phone number that we’re supposed to take over was not entered correctly. We've also sent you emails about this, please take a look at your emails.
