Hello,

 

I am Lycamobile user and i want to join O2, so i ordered online O2 sim and selected that option at the bottom "take my number with me to O2". My order was placed and my personal customer code is: xxxx

On the second day ii got an email as follows,

" Thank you for your interest in taking number with you.

Before the number transfer can be carried out for you, the prepaid number you have specified must be registered.

Therefore, please register your number on the o2 prepaid hotline at  +49 (0) 176 888 55 282.

Then go online again and send us a new order.

It doesn't take long and is very easy:  www.o2.de/mein-o2/rufnummermitnahme

Then we can order the number you want to take with you. "

But i could not understand about what i have to do. Can you please tell me what should i do?

welcome to our community. Did I get you right you ordered a Prepaid card?


Then you have to prove it is you who wants to activate it.

 

Go www.o2.de/freischalten and follow the instructions.

 

After the registration is confirmed you can ask Lycamobile to set the former number free. Maybe they need a credit for the porting (usually 25 EUR). When everything is done you can use www.o2.de/mein-o2/rufnummermitnahme again and fill in the form.

Thank you very much for the reply. I called Lycamobile yesterday and i also filled the form on O2 3 days ago for taking my number with me.
