I would like to switch from O2 to Aldi talk and taking my O2 number with me. What is the way i can do this?

Hi @Susmita,

You must release your number for porting. The best way to do this is via the o2 app. @Vilureef has created screenshots for this. Have a look here:

Alternatively, you can contact the o2 prepaid customer hotline, but this is not officially in English.
