actually i have vodafone prepaid card, can i sign up to O2 portal with my vodafone prepaid number?

No. You first have to order an o2 prepaid card if you don't have one yet.

hello Guilia, thank you. I want to choose the “immediate” option and use an eSIM. What happens after I select the immediate option? Will my current SIM be deactivated right away, or only once the eSIM from O2 is activated? I don’t want my number to be unavailable for days.  thank you

until the porting is completed, you will always temporarily receive a different phone number from us.

If your old contract with Vodafone has not yet ended, you can take the phone number from your current prepaid contract with you. You will need to give Vodafone your consent to do this.

The transition will then take place without any interruption within 7 to 10 days.

No, there are 19 numbers together with 89492. Your SIM card number also starts like this.

Hello, here is the link to the form. Could you try entering a random number and check if it allows 19 digits? I tried, and it only accepted 18 digits.

Once again, you no longer need to enter 89492, just the remaining 14 numbers.

again, the form only let you enter 13 numbers. so 13+5= 18.
