I have requested to port my prepaid number from o2 app under “rufnummer mitnehmen” but the amount of 6.8 euro is not deducted from my account. and when called to the hotline number they are saying it is impossible to port my number.
Can you tell me what is the reason. i have already ordered another sim and have requested to use my old number.
