I have requested to port my  prepaid number from o2 app under “rufnummer mitnehmen” but the amount of 6.8 euro is not deducted from my account.  and when called to the hotline number they are saying it is impossible to port my number.

Can you tell me what is the reason. i have already ordered another sim and have requested to use my old number.

Hello, I want to port my prepaid o2 sim 017xxxxxxx92 to handyvertag.de, I have ordered for release of my phone number, can you please confirm if the number is being released for porting.

Please note not to write different messages for the same topic. 

I just had a look. Your prepaid-number is already released. 

Please contact now your new provider in order to order the porting of your number. At the moment, you still have enough credit to be charged for the porting. 

After the porting has been done and you were charged for the porting, you can fill out the following form in order to transfer the remaining amount to your personal bank-account: transfer remaining amount to bank-account
