Ordered a SIM + Handy

Hello

I placed an order for a O2 contract with SIM and Handy together. I’ve received the Handy 2 days ago but not the SIM card yet. I haven’t received any tracking information for the SIM apart from an email from O2 with my calling number and other SIM relevant tariffs and included services in my tariff.

Could someone tell how much longer I would have to wait to get the SIM card?

Update. I received the SIM card.

Tip for people in the same situation - SIM card eventually arrives. Maybe 3-4 days after the phone.

When did you place the order? Until the SIM card arrives it may take 5-7 days.

Hello!

My order was through a business referral from Daimler so I’m not exactly sure of the date when the contract was forwarded to O2 after Daimler verified my documents but I guess it should be around the 17th of July.

The order number associated with my Handy was WSHW********.
