I ordered iPhone 15 pro max with sim I got reference number but then I checked it’s showing nothing XXXXX this my order number I called but they said it’s cancelled why?

Generally if an order ends up getting cancelled, you’ll be receiving a confirmation for this, there you will also find the address of the “Auskunftsstelle” please direct any questions as to why the order was cancelled there, as we are also not privy to that information.
