This month I have order oculus quest vr but I have problem vr is not working properly offently becom hanged and have to restart. So iwant to send back and. And I want  New set of vr which one is work properly.

Are you still in the withdrawal-period of 14 days? If yes, you can follow the procedure described here: return

 

If you already have past the withdrawal-period of 14 days, I would suggest that you first of all contact the OCULUS support-team.
