My problem is that I paid prepaidM twice. I bought another o2prepaid m on May 11th because the o2prepaid m I bought on May 5th did not work. So I want to get a refund for the prepaid M on May 5th amount of 18 euros. I called you and they said they would refund 18 euros. But the money still hasn't come into my account. I want to refund the 18 euros as soon as possible.

I didn't cancel prepared M right away. I am currently using the prepared M I purchased on May 11th. However, I couldn't use the prepared M I purchased on May 5th because it didn't work, and I need to get a refund for this option's price of 17.99 euros in o2 credits.
