How do I find my O2 prepaid SIM card number? I have lost the package the SIM card came in and the number printed at the back of the plastic sim card is 13-digit but doesn't start with 00. Also this number consists of 10 digits in one row and 3 digits are written separately at the bottom. Is this the actual SIM card Number??

I regret that you like to end your prepaid-card because of moving abroad.
The prepaid-card will be terminated automatically. What you just need to do is to deactivate all packages that you have ordered like internet-and tariff-packages that are always valid for 28 days.
You can deactivate the packages here: deactivation of prepaid-packages online
If you still have a remaining amount on your sim-card at the end of the month, just fill out this document: pay-off the remaining amount for transfer to bank-account
The remaining amount will then be transferred to your personal bank-account.

Hi Ines, thank you for the response. I am moving out of Germany by the end of this month (March) and wanted to get my prepaid account deactivated. Can I do it online somehow?

Hello,
I have the same problem. I can’t find my Prepaid SIM number. I can only see my normal telephone number but not SIM card (which is different).
I changed to a new Postpaid contract from O2 but I still have some amount left in my prepaid SIM. I want to transfer that rest balance to my account.
I have downloaded the required document which requires SIM card number and it explicitly stated that it is mandatory to even consider the application but how and where can I find the SIM card number??

a) Read from the SIM card
and b) with a trick also under "My o2" 😉

Your current SIM serial number is displayed there!
