Hello,

I ordered a smart phone from Sparhandy with a O2 Mobile Unlimited On Demand (2024) | XXXXXXXXXXXXXX contract on 21.11.2024. Then I cancelled my contract from Sparhandy on 22.11.2024.

 

But even more then 2 weeks passt, O2 does not cancel my contract. I also wrote it to widerruf@cc.o2online.de but still not canceled.

 

How can I cancel my contract ( O2 Mobile Unlimited On Demand (2024) XXXXXXXXXXXXX)?

I have checked your customer account and can confirm that the o2 Mobile Unlimited On Demand (2024) with the final number x651 was canceled yesterday. Very good that it finally worked out. You can destroy the associated SIM card. We have already confirmed the cancellation to you in writing.
