O2 Automatic Data Loop

I am having a Mein O2 prepaid sim with a balance credit of 4 euro.

I also have no data plan active now, but it is showing the automatic data loop is active for me now.

How to deactivate this?

Hello @Alonetraveller29,

welcome to our o2 Community 🙂

If you haven’t booked an internet package and your mobile phone connects to the internet, the Surf Day Pack will be booked automatically.

To prevent this, you should switch off the mobile data on your cell phone completely.
