Number portability from O2 to other provider


I like to port my O2 number to other provider. The request is already raised with other provider. Can you please help me to approve the request as quick as possible.

Hi @loki07 and welcome to the O2 Community! 😊

i set the port for you, so you can contact your new provider and tell them, that they can transfer your number to their system.
But you should do some things before:
  1. You should deactivate your o2 My Prepaid S Pack in your Mein O2 App or online (I can do this for you, too).
  2. Please recharge credit to your phone, at least 24,95 Euro (these are the costs for a port).
Can I do something else for you? 😊

Prepaid: It`s only 24,95 Euro necessary for MNP.

that sounds great!
Now you have to contact your new provider, that your number is free to port. I already set the porting for you. 😊
After your new provider is informed, they will take your number to their system.

Hi Juliane,

i have only 25€ in my account, if that is not sufficient, do I need to add more 5€ in the account. I am not able to add only 5 Euros through online. Is there anyway to do it? If not what if I recharge for 10 Euros, will the remaining 5 Euros be refunded. Please help!

Hi Juliane

I really need your help here, as 0.99 Euro got deducted automatically from my account as I got the below message from o2. I haven‘t used any internet today from the mobile network. As soon as I realised the mobile network is on, even before I got this message I have turned off the mobile internet. You can check this details from my account.

‘Dear o2 customer, Your mobile phone has connected to the internet, so we have activated the surf dayflat for you. Without an internet pack, you can surf for only 99 Ct. per calendar day (30MB). These costs will only be incurred if you connect to the Internet. Your o2 team‘

Please help, as I had 25€ in my account for number portability the pack got activated itself without my knowledge. Now there is only 24€ because of this issue. I can’t even recharge just 1 euro. :(

I have already raised request with my new provider for number portability, as my initial request was rejected when the port was not open. I don’t want my current request to get rejected because of the above mentioned issue. Please help me out here.

Hi Katja,
Without any option, I have to recharge for more 10 euros to my account . My account is deducted 25 euros for number portability. But still 8 euros is there in my account. Is it possible to refund that to my bank account. Pls suggest

your phone number is now released for porting. Please make sure that your credit is 24,95 EUR for number portability.

thanks for your request.

 

I have good news for you. Your prepaid-number is now ready for porting. You will receive a confirmation by SMS.

 

You now have the possibility to address your new provider to order the porting of your o2-number.

 

The porting will be charged with 24,95 €. As I see the amount is already available as credit on your SIM-card.

 

After the porting, you can pay-out the rest of your credit to your bank-account by using this document: Guthabenauszahlung
