NO NETWORK in Blaustein (89134)

Hello,

 

Always no network in 89134(Blaustein) and if it works some time when i go to my balcony it’s extremely slow.

That’s not normal :(

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with the mobile connections at your home.

In the live check  you can see for yourself how things are going in your area and also report a fault yourself, if necessary.

Don’t be sorry please, i need a solution for my problem, i pay every month 60 euro for nothing:

I bought an offer with 5G, unlimited debit with 500Mbps in downstream but i have nothing so you propose something you don’t have it cuz in my area there is neither 5G cover nor other type of cover …?????!!!!!!!!!

right now there are some performance issues in the 4G area.

That would explain that you have not good service at the moment. 

Can you tell me a side street near were you live?

Then I can take a deeper look in the situation.

Did you already report the performance issues via our livecheck?

The 5G coverage is not very good in your area. 

Near the “Gästehaus Kreuz Blaustein” there is a station that covers 5G.

5G does not cover your area at this time, I’m afraid.

While LTE does look better in terms of coverage, the mentioned perfomance issues still persist (as you might have seen in the LiveCheck, which now shows a yellow flag). You cell does receive LTE and your SIM is also LTE and 5G enabled. The low reception can be the result of the ongoing issues; however, there is also the possibility that the position or the house prevent the reception of LTE. Have you had these reception problems from the start or did it work in your flat and the problems started later on?

the problem from the start, from the first day I made the contract and the problem not only in my flat as I mentioned above, everywhere almost, in Blaustein and Ulm, and when it works it’s extremely slow.

When I signed the contract with o2, I’m waiting for high debit, 5G with 500 Mbps in downstream but now I don’t have neither 5G nor LTE, I chosen this type of debit because i need it for home office work but unfortunately not.

Dear @NME ,

the figure of 500 Mbps for 5G is a maximum value. Only a few reach this value, and then usually only directly in front of the corresponding transmission mast.

I currently see a lot of transmission masts with performance restrictions around your address (yellow ones). 😕

Can you switch to 4G, LTE connections, because 5G is not available in your area.

it ist still the same situation as I mentioned above for LTE. In the meantime we habe 5G at your homeaddress, but not very good.

The address you mentioned above is not good, too. There is no 5G reception there and LTE has performance issues. Only 2G works fine. 😕

Please continue to submit trouble reports via our live check  if things do not improve.

till now the problem exist and you continue getting my money for nothing, and the last invoice contains 23 euro as a Verbindungen & Services Verbindungen  (no idea what kind of service you gave me).

 

So, for me the only solution now is to looking for a lawyer and I'm going to complain because it's a theft and a scam.

too bad that it has come to this point. You can see in the itemized bill what for costs the invoice means. When it is ok for you, then post your anonymized itemized bill. We will see for you what for costs there are listed.

I’m going to complain not for the 23 euro, it’s not a big problem for me, but I’ll complain for the bad service and to find solution for my contract with O2, because you taking my money for nothing and this is not normal for me, every month I pay 70 euro and you give me nothing.

have you reported the limitations you are currently experiencing , as suggested several times, via our livecheck?
After the end of the disruption, you have the option to fill out an application for compensation, then it will be checked whether you can be reimbursed for costs for the downtime

It is important that the disruption was reported via our Livecheck

It currently looks like base stations near you continue to have 4G restrictions. The cells seem to be somewhat overloaded.
