No internet no service

Hi there,

 

For few days I don't have any O2 service. Wifi works fine but I don't have any internet once I'm outside. 

 

No idea why, always paid everything on time, and when I check my account it says it can't show me my data usage status because of technical issue .. 

 

Any idea? Already restarted internet and device.

So it's about your mobile tariff?
Have you tried turning your device off and on again? And do you have the problem only in a certain area or in several places?
The best thing to do is to take a look at the live check, with which you can test the network yourself at the specific address where you are at the moment.
