Hey all, I am new to Germany and just activated a prepaid sim card. I have attempted to pay the bill multiple times online and on the app, but it keeps telling me that it is unable to accept any payments at this time. I want a recurring monthly plan, but nothing is working and I have no idea how to get mobile data on my phone without being able to pay for the plan. Any suggestions would be very helpful! Thanks!

You won't get an invoice with prepaid, you have to top up credit to use the card. For example, with top-up cards from gas stations, supermarkets, o2 shops, etc.
You must have enough credit to book a pack, you have probably already seen what you can choose from in Mein o2.
You can also enter your bank details in Mein o2, but sometimes the system does not accept the bank account.
