New address not accepted online


I have just moved address and I am unable to update my address online successfully. When I input my new address, i get a error message saying the address and PLZ do not match - I am 100% sure I input them correctly. My new apartment is a new construction and i believe this is the reason for the error message. How can i best sort this?
