I think I need personal help here. I ordered O2 Myhome M and device arrived, and all the procedure stopped at SIM card activation. Is not possible to be activated online. I went to the O2 shop and they just keep telling the system is on maintenace and have to be waited, or the online orders cannot be helped via shops. I also called the O2 telephone service and  he told it is not possible to be activated online neither phone, there is an technical issue on my Simcard and a “technitian” have to make it activated. It was supposed to be completed and be noticed via e-mail, though it seems never arriving, and instead, I recieved Billing information asking if I am enjoying the netweork. This is truly frustrating.

It is correct that we had some technical issues to activate sim-cards in the last days. But now everything is possible again. 

Did you already check if an activation of your sim-card is possible meanwhile?

No, nothing is possible for me now.

When I try activation now, it says I have nothing to do and would receive an e-mail for activation, which apparently not. 

Could you please explain what is possible ? What I need is a Sim card activation.

I checked now the sim-card-number that you mentioned, and I found out that the sim-card is already active since 18th November 2021. 

Please check if you have installed the o2 HomeSpot correctly. Please watch this video: installation o2 HomeSpot You can switch the subtitles into English. :wink:  

If you installed everything correctly, just have a look online at our livecheck. Do you see any technical issues?
