I got a prepaid sim from O2 store. I did not register the number online or on app. Now when I changed the handset for the sim it asked me for PIN which I did not have.i did 3 wrong attempts and now it is asking for PUK code. Please help me. How can I get PUK code. I did not have access to online too.

Keine Ahnung... Aber das wird man dem TE dort mitteilen...
Von hier aus gibt's keine PUK und an der Prepaid Hotline ist ungewiss, ob da jemand Englisch spricht...
