Moving my number to another operator

Please can you prepare my phone number for porting from o2 Prepaid top another network? I will make sure it has 25EUR credit when I start the new contract.  Thank you

thanks for your request.

 

I have now released the number so that you can now address your new provider in order to transfer the number.

 

We will charge you with the amount of 24,95 €. Please make sure that you have this amount as credit on your card.

 

After the porting, you can fill out this form: http://g.o2.de/pre-auszahlung Then we will transfer the rest of your credit to your personal bank account.

Hi Tobias,

I recieved this email from my new provider this morning.

“your previous provider informed us that the immediate transfer of the number had not yet been approved by you. Please contact your previous provider in this regard. Please inform us as soon as your previous provider has released the number.”

Can you advise on why this is?
