Hello
I have ordered a mobile phone with a SIM card;
I received the the Sim card but the mobile did not been shipped to my Home adress.
the Dhl is saying they couldn’t deliver it to me and so i have to contact the seller or the sender company.
so please help me to find out what is the problem exactly.
