Hi! I have been trying to transfer my phone number from O2 to Simon Mobile for the last two days. Due to the special character in the first letter of my surname, Simon Mobile says my surname does not match the name stored with O2 (my current provider). However, they actually match. They are completely identical. Could you help me with this problem?

Then Simonmobile gives the name incorrectly to o2.

Please contact the customer service of your future provider and let them know how the name is stored with us 🙂 It may be possible to change something there manually.
