Hi!

 

I have like around 40GB in my phone contract but lately, since a couple of days, my phone internet connection has been very poorly despite having a good coverage. There is nothing wrong with my sim card nor my phone, so not sure how to fix this?

 

Is annoying because I am on the street and sometimes my internet is gone and I need it to navigate, and then it appears again after an hour or so, and then leaves again.

 

Is this a current issue that O2 is experiencing?

Do the network interruptions only exist in your city, or also if you are in another city for example.

Did you already check the “Live-Check”?

It happens only in my city, I am in Berlin. I have not tried it abroad yet.

 

How does live check work?

You open the site and Type your adress and it will check


Hi @Patty_S please have a look at the livecheck and although at your Mein o2 Area on the Website or directly in the Mein o2 App. Perhaps there are some informations regarding the usage.
