I lost my prepaid SIM card while on vacation. I want the same number because many online accounts have to be recovered using that number.
I called the O2 prepaid hotline and they said that I need a personal code, which I don't have because I ordered my SIM on a supermarket.
I tried to recover my O2 online account and order a new SIM from there, but account is & I can only recover it using the number which I don't have.
What is the solution?
If I could recover my O2 online account using e-mail instead of number, that would solve everything. Any O2 support that can help me here?
