Hi Manuela, 

I am again dumped by dhl!!

I left all of my work to receive this router today but they again cancelled to deliver it to my house. They are saying the rubbish reasons which is not valid for me.

I don't know why its happening repeatedly. Here I attached my doorbell and letterbox image. You can check.

I am very sorry, that the second delivery attempt did not work either😕

The department is informed about this situation and we will look for a solution.

I advice you to delete the pictures from your doorbell, because your name is on it and this is a public forum.

I did not delete or edit the pictures because you posted it with a valid reason.

Surely you will get an answer from me as soon as I have new information from the department.

Edit: We deleted the pictures for you, this is the safest option. 😊

Thanks Manuela, I did not find any option to delete those images or edit the comment. so I just reported that comment to delete. If you are allowed to delete I would request you to delete that.

Hello Giulia,

Finally I received the router. I tried to access the dsl router return portal https://dsl-retoure.o2online.de/start

but that's not working due to website maintenance work. Or do you have other portal? Please let me know. So that, I can return the router asap.

I have sent the old router back and O2 logistics received that. Could you please start the process to refund my money?

the refund happens automatically after the unit has been returned and processed by logistics. This can take a bit, so please keep a close eye on your account.

Hi, 

Its been months since the router has been received by O2 logistics. Still I haven't got my money back 😭

Do you have any update Giulia/Sven/Kurt?

The router arrived in june but the refund was not processed correctly. I am sorry.

I have messaged the responsible department so the refund can be booked. 

You should see the refund in your next bill that will come in august.😊
