Internet problem

Hello

I use a postpeid account for a mobile phone (I pay for a subscription), within the package I should have unlimited internet (it’s O2) which is not working for me. I'm curently in the Netherlands. I can make calls and write sms but the internet doesn't work. Phone number is xyz

first of all, welcome to our forum. Nice that you have found your way to us. :-)

 

Well, your SIM-card is locked because of arrears of payment. Your last bill was not payed and the next is payable in two days. :confused:
