Hello, I have o2 unlimited sim card. I have been using it for 5 months now. Since last 2 weeks the internet has been not working or working really slow like 10Kbps. I am supposed to receive 50 Mbps and in my location it is generally around 30 Mbps, but last 2 weeks have been really problematic. I called customer care as well and each time I receive a response that it will be resolved in 2-3 days. And still no resolution. I and my wife WFH, and it is really affecting our work as it is all dependent on the good internet connection.

Hello @HarshitInBerlin ,

I assume you are using a HomeSpot for your internet at home. Have you already checked what the Livecheck shows for your address? If you are still having issues and the LiveCheck does not show anything at your place you can also directly open a ticket there.
