Thank you both, Tobias and Joe Doe. It was very helpful. I have requested for the number portability from the Mein O2 App. How long do you think it will take to get the confirmation? Moreover, I am porting it to another Telefonica provider, in this case, will I be charged the EUR 6.82 fee? The article you shared says that porting within the Telefonica group is free of charge but I just want to confirm since my current balance is around 20 cents less than 6.82.

Handy Vertag.

@Shah992 This brand not from o2 /Telefonica but use the network from o2. You must pay 6,82 Euro for porting your number.

Hello, i am facing an issue while porting to handyvertag. For some reason O2 is rejecting my request. I have 15 euros in my account right now which is more than the minimum requirement. And also have ended my contract. Please look into it…

@Anurag Have you requested the number portability in your mein o2 service app? Is the registered  name and birthday the same for the o2 prepaid and handyvertrag?

If you try to transfer your mobile phone number and this is being denied there should be stated a reason for this, like for example the name or address are not mathcing, just as @Joe Doe already stated.  :-)
