I want to cancel my Phone order + new contract


 

Hello,

 I want to cancel the new Phone order+ contract.  It was mistakenly placed.

 I was trying to amend my current contract with Phone but it went wrong.

 Could you please help me to cancel the order iPhone 14 Pro purple + New Sim card as I already have active O2 connection but it's not good working no 5G and very bad internet connection and dont want any new.

You can cancel your contract for example via our email widerruf@cc.o2online.de

Here you can read more about the right of withdrawal

If you need further help just ask. 😊

If you want to, we can also make you an offer for a contract extension.

you could only cancel 

  • If you have made the contract online.
  • And with in the first 14 days.
