Hi, last week I activated eSIM on my iphone. My experience was not good with that, I always had a connection problem. Even, my wifi connection effected by this eSIM. Than last night I deleted the eSIM, than I lost my all network. Physical sim also is not working. I have never seen any system like this. There are no backup for anything in the settings. To activate it again, I need sms but my phone number is not active. I need an immadiate help.

An reactivation of an sim profile is not possible, but you can order an replacement card. In our article about Sim Card for postpaid customers you´ll find a description in english

as Micha already said, an eSIM Profile cannot be reactivated. You have the option of ordering a replacement instead.
