I currently own the “Unlimited Max (Flex)” [49.99 EUR] plan but I’d like to downgrade it to the “Unlimited Smart (Flex)” [29.99 EUR] since I find it hard to pay at the moment. I would rather have my current plan updated instead of cancelled and be forced to start a new one from scratch.
Any help will be appreciated.

It is possible to downgrade the Flex contract. However, you will probably have to pay a fee for this, which you will quickly recoup thanks to the lower monthly price.
