I made a wrong sepa debit from closed bank account

maybe I’ve misunderstood the issue, but basically you tried to pay a bill or installment through a bank account that is already closed. So the payment would not have gone through, in that case you can just make a payment through a different bank account. Or what exactly do you need support with?

Through SEPA debit, 30 euro was automatically added into my mein o2 account. I received a message stating sepa debit will be taken from my closed ban account.

Now I have changed my iban number in mein o2 app.  I will check whetehr SEPA debit has happened from my new bank account and let you know

did you make a second account and you are also sixfire? Or did you have the same issue?
