I have cancelled my contract


I have cancelled my contract succesfully (I think), however now when I try to login to my O2 account to check if everything was properly cancelled it prompts me to enter an sms code from a sms from a new number I don’t know of (and is not the one that got cancelled). How can I completely cancel this? Is this new number a contract auto generated with O2?

Hi!

I got I message from the O2 support that the case was closed since it was solved, but yet again I received another bill this month from a number I didn’t even get a SIM. Please help me to cancel this contract

yes it does appear in the two bills I have. But I already cancelled the contract in the first month (actually withing the week of the O2 wrongly making my contract)
