I have cancelled my contract succesfully (I think), however now when I try to login to my O2 account to check if everything was properly cancelled it prompts me to enter an sms code from a sms from a new number I don’t know of (and is not the one that got cancelled). How can I completely cancel this? Is this new number a contract auto generated with O2?
