Hello,

 

I just want to ask if there is a problem on your website now? I have been trying to order a sim with tarif and unfortunately when I proceed to cart error appear.

That is the redirection page but not loading or showing anything.

Note: I am already logged in when I proceeded.

unfortunately I can't follow it on the site.
However, did you try it again afterwards, maybe during the day today? If you still get an error message, you could upload a screenshot of it here!

Quick question: have you only tried to complete the purchase via the mobile phone so far? Do you have a way to test the same process on a computer or laptop?

Yes I actually tried it on Mac and I even tried on another browser but it keeps giving me the same error. I am trying to avail the 50% Rabatt on an O2 Kunde.

could you write/ send me exactly which offer you mean? Maybe you have a screenshot of it?
Do you want to sign a new contract or do you want to extend an existing contract?

I actually want to sign a new contract on Mein O2 app comes a offer of 50%Rabatt. I attached the screenshot for you for the offer.

just to be sure: do you really want to sign another contract? Sometimes there are ambiguities. With the partner contract, you then have a completely new contract that can only receive these conditions because there is another contract that can be combined with this one.

Did you try it again yesterday with the order?

I have contract for a tablet only anf I would like to avail the offer of a new contract for a sim with tarif. 

 

It is wierd that your app and website offer me something I cannot avail its quite upsetting.

 

I tried lots of time already.


Hi @Rein15 

as I understand you try to order a partner card without having a main mobile contract. A purchase contract of a device is not enough to get this special offer. You can only ask for a normal mobile contract without the discount. If you are signed in our website with the community login it doesn’t work as well.  Please log out completely from our community and search for an offer. You will have to fill in all personal details once again because a mobile plan can’t be connected with the customer number of o2 My Handy. Afterwards you get a new customer ID for the contract.
