I cannot activate new SIM


Same thing is happening for me - I cannot activate my SIM, it changes my date of birth then says my date of birth is incorrect. I have tried on my phone and on my computer but no success (apologies for EN)

if your date of birth is incorrect, it is not possible to activate the SIM,
