I can't see my data usage in my O2 app


How can I see my data usage? When I click on details,still could not find it.

thank you for your enquiry and welcome to the community! 💙

As @Bollermann already said it is a one-month unlimited pack. After the month, the pack is automatically deactivated and you use the 20 GB. As soon as they are active, you can also track your data usage in your app. But especially with unlimited data volume, you won't find a display there. You can therefore continue to use your data volume.

You have an unlimited plan. Why do you want to see your usage ?

Actually I bought 20gb monthly,I don’t know why it looks like unlimited.

Is that the first month of your contract? It could be the myDATA Unlimited for free the first month.

I can’t find out that how much EU data limit left or used. Usually it shows here and I could see it only for 1 day after it disappeared and now it’s showing this and i have translated every page of it but couldn’t find the way to check the remaining data limit for (EU international).  Also I can’t even change the language to English 😤 this is so frustrating.

What's your tariff called? Have you already looked at the online portal? There is another ad there.
