Hello, I am the user of prepaid SIM card. I would like to port my number to another provider. How to inform o2 about numeric porting? I can not find any email address or postal address for MNP.

The porting policy is now registered for your cellphone number. All the other information for the process you will get from your new provider.

Thanks a lot for your help and reply. Kindly refer to the attachment below. Can you please help me know how exactly the issue can be solved? I had the O2 prepaid connection, which expired on 12th December and I had transferred 25 euros so that the portability process can be successful.

the Surf Day Flat was activated on December 11th for 0,99 EUR.
After that, there was no longer enough money to export the number.
You can now deposit another 0,86 EUR via bank transfer, then your new provider can make another request.
 

Charge by bank transfer:
Please send an SMS without content to the number 5 66 56 (free of charge). We will immediately send you the bank details and your personal purpose by SMS.

Thank you for your help and reply. I had no clue regarding the above details mentioned, and thanks for helping out with the required procedure.

I have bank transferred the balance amount of 0.86 euros right now. Would I be informed about the completion of the bank transaction so that I can ask my service provider to submit a new number porting request?
