Thank you for your answer. I appreciate your help. I was able to deactivate my pack successfully. I do still have some balance left on my account. Since I am no longer in Germany, I would like to have that refunded. Is there any way to achieve that?

I regret that you like to terminate your prepaid-card.
You have the possibility to use this form in order to get your refund back: Pay back remaining amount to your private bank-account
After you have filled out this form, send it to the address mentioned on the form. Within approx. 2 weeks, you will receive your money on your bank-account.

USSD Code *105# is only usable in old basic tariffs to check the bonus credit, (o2 Loop S/M/L)

@o2_Tobias I have a additional prepay sim. I wanted to print out the form . But I can not get your hyper link to open . o2 prepay has booked out twice once from my bank konto and once from my PayPal konto.
So I have now over paid.

But(!):
The credit can only be repaid if the o2 prepaid card is canceled using this form. A partial payment or a payment without notice is not possible.

As @tearsbeforecrying mentioned correctly, you can only get the money back to yout bankaccount if you cancel the prepaid card, otherwise it remails on your account and you can use it for the next chargings.
