I have currently 2 voice mail which I want to hear but unable to as I am not able to understand what it says.

sorry for the long wait.
You can change the language of the voice mail by calling 333 (your mailbox), then wait 10 seconds and type 9 (wait 5 sec.), type 5 (wait 5 sec.) then 2. This option will change the language into english. 
Unfortunately the messages via SMS aren't changeable to english.
