how can I return this order?

Hello guys I ordered a mobile on 8 November. They says you will return this order in 14 day's know i want to replace this order can anyone share the link where can I return this order and how can I return this order? Thanks

You must revoke the purchase contract for your phone. You can do this in the same way as described here. It is therefore best to send an e-mail to the e-mail address provided as soon as possible.

Then use the returns portal: https://logistik.telefonica.de/retoure/o2.
