Please I can't make payments because the sofort is not working for me

Hello there!

 

Have you managed to make the payment or are you still getting an error?

With “sofort” you mean the Service “Sofortüberweisung”?

If it does not work for you, you can also ask a friend or family member to fullfil that payment.

Please let us know, if the error persists and what kind of message ist being displayed.
