Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to check my reimbursement status. O2 terminated my contract due to technical difficulties and I the was informed that I would receive my money back, 129,97€ total. I shipped the device back to O2 via DHL (track number 846352962487) and I did not get confirmation that de device was returned and any information about my reimbursement.
