Hello o2 community

I am here because the last December I call the customer line because we were having some crises because of our Livestream, due to that the man who received me on phone propose me to work on it for us to have a better and stronger connection,then there was an offer he spoke about and saying that it will be cheaper for me as well and i said ok .the conversation was in german language by the way.

unfortunately, after few day or week i received a letter telling me to pay 88 euros,then i call the customer line immediatly and they told me that i have made a contract with them to have 2 more sim card,i was shock because that was not what we were discusing on that day although i have already a number which i have been using since more that 8 years ,why do i need 2 more numbers.

they send me a letter yesterday that if i do not pay they will cut my internet connection ,so after reading this notice i call the customer line again and after spoken for long,the man told me that i can pay my normal tariff which is 42 euro every month (which i did)  and then they will not stop my internet connection.

unfortunately today they stop my internet connetion ,after several our of discussing with them on phone they say that i must pay.

how can pay for something that i am not using?why are they putting all responsability only on me?why cant they look at the mistake of their worker.

its inexpliquable that i went from a better Livestream question to be afflicted to pay 2 more simcard and i am block from using my internet although i have pay.

How can i pay for something i do not need and will never use,its very painful…

if i have decided to that 42 euro every moth its because i need my connection,people are twice lesser than that and they can do whatever they like,i am not a new customer

can i cancel my contract on o2 but maintain my number,be cause i am tired of unknown bills
