Extension/Upgrade of Contract

Hello , I hope there was a live chat for English Speakers or at least the app to be in English because that would be much more easier.

Anyway. I currently have Smartphone Contract o2 free L online 60gb. If I want to change it to lets say Unlimited Max and get new phone I have to wait until my contract expires? or I can change the tariff now to unlimited but get a new phone at the end of the contract to start a new?

 

So If I extend my contract now will it change at the end of the current contract or the changes will happen immediately?

welcome to the community.

Nice that you are interested in a contract extension. 
If you extend your contract now, the new term also starts right now. The previous term therefore ends prematurely.
If you also have a my Handy contract, then it will continue until the end of the regular term of 24 months.

We will be happy to look for a contract extension offer for you here. 
Please tell us your preferred rate plan and your preferred cell phone (including color and memory size). Please note that the new phone will then become an additional my Handy contract and you will then have 2 phones via installment and a cell phone contract.
