The pack will be automatically renewed if at least the fee for the pack is available as credit. In your case, at least 19.99 euros must be available if you only have booked the o2 my Prepaid L package. You don't have to do anything else.

The fastest way to renew a data package would be to get in touch with our colleagues via hotline, chat or WhatsApp as answers in our community here may take some days.
