i received an sms saying i used 100% of my data according to EU regulations as 59.50 eur and my data roaming is stopped. But my tariff is O2 Free unlimited max and i pay 25eur per month due to my contract normally. I do not understand how my datacan finish. Pls kindly explain the reason.

Switzerland is not in the EU so if you use mobile data there it costs EUR 0,23/MB. When you arrive in Italy you should be able to use to use your included data.

Which country are you in? Which Roaming option do you have in your contract?
I have been in Germany and since Friday night I am in Switzerland and I will go to Italy today. Ihave Roaming Basic 2018.
