I mistakenly ordered the service "Extra", a subscription to Microsoft 365. The thing is that I don't understand German very well, so I mistakenly clicked "Order", thinking that it was a free version of the subscription for 3 months. It turned out that it is paid and is for 12 months, and after clicking the button "Order", and did not come any additional confirmation of registration, not even asked to confirm the registration via SMS or click any tick or confirm by email.
I want to cancel it because the registration was made by mistake, but I don't understand how to do it.... I tried to contact O2 support in watsapp, but there is only a chatbot there
