Email account cannot be linked to phone

I have a new phone but cannot link my email address to it because of an existing account. How can I add my email to my new O2 phone number account?

At the moment, I am not sure if I understood you correctly. Would you like to registrate your mobile phone-number for the Community?

Or do you have any issues with the registration at “Mein o2”?
