Direct Payment Issue EMERGENT!

Hello

 

I have a very unfortunate situation. I just move to Germany one month ago I bought an iphone with contract. While I was logging in Mein O2 due to german page i think I just touch direct payment by mistake but I haven't even known that is possible. After 2 months today very big amount of money charged from my debit card. I cant believe this happened almost all my monet has gone. Is there any posibility to refund. Please!

Do I understand correctly that you have paid off your smartphone in full? And it was accidentally commissioned by you probably two months ago?

An order can be revoked 14 days after it has been placed, but since it happened two months ago, a refund is unfortunately not possible.

I'm sorry I can't give you any other answer.
