I have ordered an Iphone 14 Pro from an O2 store for a 3 year contract in October 2022. The phone was supposed to deliver within a week but it didn’t. I was out of Germany for 5 months after that. When I came back in April 2023 the O2 store told me they have returned the phone to the company. When I contacted the customer service they told me the phone is not returned and its missing. I was paying the monthly installments regularly. Still the phone is not delivered. Whenever I contact them they tells me my problem is under investigation it will take time. And I can’t cancel the contract. How can I resolve the situation.
